About Us

Peak Incorporated is proud to have a reputation for completing projects on time due to Excellent Employees who care about the work that they perform, professional Project Management, superior Field Supervision, and a fleet of properly maintained Equipment.  We have over 60 combined years of Field Superintendence experience and over 50 combined years of Project Management & Estimating experience.  We have a keen eye for quality construction, yet we can sometimes see potential Value Engineering Change Proposals (VECP) that reduce the overall Contract Cost without sacrificing design capacity or quality of the finished product.  In summary, we have the people, equipment, and the experience to satisfactorily complete whatever projects we decide to bid.

Roads

Peak Incorporated is proud to have won an Award of Excellence from the Maryland State Highway Administration for Minor Roadway Project, Four Lane Reconstruction on MD Route 108 from MD Route 27 to MD Route 124 in Damascus, Montgomery County. We specialize in Streetscape and reconstruction projects, and new sections of County or State roads ranging in size from $ 1 million to $ 15 million.

Public Parks

Peak Incorporated has built and renovated dozens of smaller local parks and many miles of Hiker-Biker Trails for MD-National Capital Park & Planning Commission, as well as large, regional parks such as Northwest Regional Park for Baltimore County. These projects typically include roads, parking lots, storm drainage, SWM ponds, athletic fields, tennis courts, sitting areas, concession buildings, pavilions, pre-fabricated bridges, play areas and more.

Schools

Peak Incorporated has completed many complete Site Work packages for various School Boards in the region ranging from Elementary to High Schools.  We completed all the site work for Reservoir High School in Howard County. Our work on these projects includes all the work outside of the actual School Building, including access roads, parking lots, athletic fields, NCAA standard running tracks and field events, tennis courts, play areas, storm water management areas, storm drainage, water lines, sewer lines, and demolition of old school buildings.

Storm Water Management

Peak Incorporated was one the first contractors in the region to construct a wetland pond off the Potomac River in Old Town Alexandria. Since then, we have built small, neighborhood wetland pond areas, storm water ponds and bio-retention areas in all our parks, roads, and school projects, up to large storm water ponds that serve as recreational lakes, such as Sasser Station Lake in Upper Marlboro, MD. This project required over 150,000 cubic yards of excavation.

Utilities

Most of our Site Work projects require storm drainage installation which we perform with our own forces.  We also install public water & sewer lines in Public R.O.W. and on private property such as School Sites.  Ownership holds Utility Contractor licenses where required for example in Howard, Baltimore, Anne Arundel County and more Counties as needed to properly and safely install such utilities.
